Applicable jurisdictions: These Terms of Service are the global general edition, applicable to Fantasvid users in all regions, conforming to the International Internet Services Guidelines and Global General Business Norms, and do not apply to any regional special jurisdictions.

Product Description: Fantasvid is a lightweight local video playback and intelligent media management tool for global users, featuring offline HD playback, full format compatibility, and localized file management services, with no cloud content storage and distribution behavior.

1. Agreement Awareness and Service Consent

1.1

These User Service Terms are a compliant service agreement between the User and the product operating entity, fully defining all rights, obligations, service rules, and boundaries of responsibility for both parties during the use of the product, covering all existing and iterative update features.

1.1.1

By downloading, installing, starting, retaining and continuing to use the Fantasvid App, the User represents that he has fully read, deeply understood and voluntarily accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to any of the rules, the User must immediately terminate use and completely uninstall this App.

2. Service Authorization and Use Permissions

2.1

Operators grant users limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable exclusive use rights, allowing users to normally use core functions such as local video import, decoding playback, playback control, and media library management of this application only on personal, private terminal devices.

2.1.1

Users are prohibited from performing reverse engineering, decompilation, code extraction, program tampering, secondary development, imitation replication, and other technical operations on this application. The use of product functions and program bodies for commercial monetization, paid services, public dissemination, third-party installation, and other non-personal compliance scenarios are strictly prohibited.

3. User Compliance Use Guidelines

3.1

Users pledge to strictly comply with network standards, digital content regulations, intellectual property protection regulations, and international common network protocols throughout the use of Fantasvid, and to use tool-class services in a legal and compliant manner.

3.1.1

Users are prohibited from using this App to play, store, organize, distribute infringing piracy, obscene pornography, violent terrorism, illegal video and audio content such as violations of regulations and prohibitions. All legal claims and dispute losses arising from illegal operations are solely and entirely borne by the users, and the operators do not assume any collateral responsibility.

4. Global Intellectual Property Protection

4.1

All of Fantasvid‘s core intellectual property rights, such as source code, decoding algorithms, interface visual design, interaction logic, brand identification, and functional architecture, are exclusively owned by the operators and are fully protected by international intellectual property agreements and global common compliance systems.

4.1.1

No individual or organization is permitted to copy, steal, alter, reproduce, disseminate, or commercialize the core resources of this Product without the official written authorization of the Operator. The Operator reserves all legal rights to pursue liability, terminate services, and compensate for losses for any infringement.

5. Mechanism for Functional Iteration and Protocol Update

5.1

Operators reserve the right to adjust, update, iterate, and optimize product features at any time based on requirements such as technology upgrades, experience optimization, compliance upgrades, and feature expansion, continuously adapting to the diverse video and audio use scenarios of global users.

5.1.1

When these Terms of Service are updated, they will be proactively notified through the Application Official Publication Channel, and the amendments will take effect immediately. Users who continue to log in and use the product services will automatically acknowledge and accept the latest version of the Service Agreement.

6. Description of Service Stability and Exceptions

6.1

This application is a purely localized offline tool with core functions that do not require network empowerment. Operators maintain product stability and compatibility over the long term, but do not promise that the product will have absolutely zero failures, zero compatibility issues, and always run without interruption.

6.1.1

Operators are not liable for any loss compensation for functional anomalies caused by external factors such as iteration of device system versions, software and hardware conflicts, changes in system permissions, device failure, user private modification of terminal configuration, etc.

7. Termination of Service and Authority Control Rules

7.1

Operators have the right to unilaterally terminate the user‘s use rights for users who engage in illegal activities such as maliciously tampering with applications, unlawful commercial use, misuse of functions, dissemination of illegal content, malicious interference with the operation of products, and infringement of the intellectual property rights of the platform.

7.1.1

Upon termination of service entitlements, users must immediately stop all product usage behaviors. Operators are not obligated to back up, restore, or preserve local video files and personal operation data on the device for users, and all data risks are at the user‘s own risk.

8. Third-Party Services and External Constraints

8.1

Fantasvid is entirely clean and unembedded, with no integration of any third-party advertising SDKs, data analysis tools, content push components, external jump links, and paid value-added services. It only calls the device‘s native file system for basic import functionality.

8.1.1

All data interactions and authorization invocation behaviors that occur between users and the device‘s native system are subject to the official service terms of the corresponding system. Operators are not involved in the related operations and do not assume any third-party associated risks and responsibilities.

9. Disclaimer and Risk Ownership Principle

9.1

Fantasvid provides local playback and file management services only as a neutral video and audio tool. It does not produce, own, or review user-local video and audio content. It cannot interfere with and assume responsibility for the legality, integrity, and security of user-local files.

9.1.1

Data loss and privacy issues resulting from human-induced behaviors such as user mishandling, accidental file deletion, device damage, private tampering with applications, and actively authorizing third parties to read device data are all at the user‘s own risk and responsibility.

10. Dispute Negotiation and Post-Sales Consultation

10.1

All disputes and disputes arising from this product and service are prioritized by both parties to be resolved through an international Universal Friendly Negotiation Model. Users can submit inquiries, complaints and problem feedback through the official dedicated email address margaretnjee1@gmail.com.

10.1.1

Controversial issues that cannot be agreed on in negotiations will be dealt with according to the principles of international general business fairness, with no regional favoritism and special jurisdiction bias, and fair protection of both parties‘ legitimate rights and interests.
